The M4A3 Sherman was a medium tank used by the US armed forces. During the Second World War it was one of the most built examples of the American armored forces. The M4A3 version with a Ford V8 engine and a 76.2mm cannon was also used in the Korean War (1950-1953).
The AMEWI Edition is a true-to-original replica on a scale of 1:16, delivered in a beautiful black box with a matching styrofoam core as the RTR version - ready to run. The tank has a smoke and sound function as well as a lighting system for even more convincing worlds of experience. The shooting function is carried out by means of a control stick and push button, which can be used to fire 6mm BB hard plastic bullets up to 15m. In addition, the model has an infrared combat module, which allows duels with other tanks from this Amewi edition. In the event of a direct hit by an enemy, the hit tank is visibly 'shaken' once. The cannon can be moved up and down, all control functions are proportional and therefore sensitive to control. The model is driven by two powerful motors that transmit their power to the drive wheels via a multi-stage encapsulated metal gear. This faithful model with its dark green paintwork is in no way inferior to the real tank. The entire scope of delivery corresponds to the latest state of the art (electronics TK 6.0). We are now delivering all models with a modern Li-Ion battery with 1800mAh and 7.4V. A suitable Li-Ion charger is also included in the set. The model was checked for functionality before packing and a function report is included. Delivery takes place in a cardboard box with a precisely fitting styrofoam core
